LORENC were appointed Lead Architect under CBRE’s “Turnkey” scheme. Following a detailed workplace audit, we delivered the design up to RIBA Stage 3. The project was then tendered as a Design & Build contract, with LORENC retained as Design Guardians to ensure design quality throughout delivery, closely involved throughout delivery, retained as Design Guardians to safeguard design integrity on behalf of the client.
The design approach is timeless and refined, carefully attuned to the character of the surrounding Mayfair milieu. Particular attention was given to acoustics and soundproofing to ensure a discreet and comfortable working environment. Natural light was maximised throughout the space, enhancing wellbeing and spatial quality. A palette of elegant yet durable materials was selected to complement the building’s architecture while supporting its BREEAM Excellent and WELL Core sustainability credentials.
