Financial Services Client

A long-standing private equity client of 15-years, specializing in growth-oriented media, communications, education, and technology companies across North America and Europe, engaged us for a comprehensive workplace consultancy. The primary objective was to assess their post-pandemic space needs in alignment with evolving work patterns and next-generation demographics. Their significant move from a 6-storey Mayfair Georgian townhouse to a spacious single-floor workspace acted as an immediate catalyst, positively impacting the company’s business processes and culture.

Easily seen from various vantage points within the office, the central open Atrium is the standout feature of the space. Our proposal has adorned this space with verdant plants, palm trees, and sculptural bench seating, creating a visually striking and inviting atmosphere.

Situated next to the atrium is a generously equipped Staff Hub, strategically positioned at an equal distance from all parts of the office. This hub has evolved into Providence’s bustling epicentre, where people gather for meals, coffee, and informal meetings throughout the day.

Despite the primary use of enclosed cellular spaces along the office’s perimeter, the overall workspace is bright, open, and inviting. This effect is achieved by incorporating transparent materials, greenery, and a light colour palette, creating a comfortable ‘home-away-from-home’ atmosphere.

Thanks to our commitment to sustainability and expertise in materials, we successfully attained a SKA Rating Gold certification.
