Nestled in Queen Street, in the heart of the city, LORENC were appointed by the Landlord to breathe a new lease of life into a weary 1930’s building. Working in collaboration with Knight Frank, Aldermary House now boasts top-notch Cat A+ office spaces to meet modern workplace standards – offering not only functional workspaces but also an elevated experience for its occupants. The project extended to a Cat B+ Marketing Suite, and revamped common areas such as reception and end-of-journey facilities.
