Steer Group

Steer are an employee-owned management consultancy providing services to government, financiers, operators and developers, working across cities, infrastructure and transport. Lorenc were employed to assist Steer in establishing its workplace strategy, provide a design solution and manage staff engagement throughout the process. For Steer, the project presented an opportunity to create and embrace the evolution of the workplace. As they emerge from pandemic and extended period of homeworking, Steer were looking forward to celebrating a new office space and sharing a far more flexible and functional design that supported and promoted flexibility, high performance and agile working. Steer adopted 100% dynamic sharing model.
