Rocco Forte Hotels is a British luxury hotel group founded in 1996 by Sir Rocco Forte and Lady Olga Polizzi. With 14 properties across Europe, the brand is known for its distinctive elegance and timeless design. The new space, located within a landmark heritage building in St James’s, draws inspiration from the group’s celebrated international portfolio.

In close collaboration with Lady Olga and her design team, and with LOOP Interiors managing the delivery, we developed a concept that emphasizes artistry, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail. Palladian architectural features have been thoughtfully reimagined through a contemporary lens, incorporating custom joinery, refined finishes, and a sophisticated materials palette. Special focus was placed on the artificial lighting design to successfully offset the subterranean setting of the lower ground floor.

The front-of-house area serves as a curated narrative space, reflecting the company’s rich heritage and continued evolution. Historical artifacts and artwork from the former headquarters preserve the brand’s identity, while robust yet elegant finishes, integrated acoustic solutions, and thoughtfully designed breakout zones deliver a high-performance workspace that seamlessly blends tradition with modern sophistication.
