The core objective was to craft an inspiring, adaptable, and generously spaced creative environment, purpose-built to enhance workflow efficiency, foster creative ingenuity, and cultivate a sense of synergy. A substantial portion of the space on both floors was thoughtfully allocated to various collaboration zones, encompassing open and enclosed brainstorming areas, expansive divisible spaces tailored for ‘all-hands’ gatherings, cozy booths, and tranquil quiet rooms. This comprehensive approach accommodates diverse working patterns and cultivates an atmosphere where creativity thrives.

A semi-open Staff Cafeteria, complete with a commercial kitchen and servery, was meticulously constructed to offer subsidized catering services throughout the day and extended hours. The cafeteria features convenient Grab & Go options, a drinks bar, a beer station, and a versatile array of seating styles. Moreover, this inviting space opens up to a sprawling roof terrace that offers panoramic views of Brompton Road and the iconic Harrods.

Both Landor and FITCH have their own self-contained executive areas, comprising private offices, a boardroom, tea points, and an adjoining courtyard serving as a social hub. As part of the renovation, CAT A elements were replaced as needed to ensure functionality and aesthetics.

Furthermore, significant improvements were made to the WC and shower facilities, including a comprehensive redesign that replaced en-suite units with modern washrooms, enhancing convenience and comfort.
