The design concept draws inspiration from the cityscape, emphasizing the interplay of light and shadow. It begins with a rich, enveloping ‘nucleus’ and gracefully transitions to brilliantly illuminated perimeter areas. This contrast between a dark interior palette and the urban backdrop creates a captivating atmosphere. Additionally, strategically positioning key spaces to the North-West minimizes solar control needs and allows for uninterrupted enjoyment of the stunning views throughout the day.
